Refund policy

We welcome returns within 30 days of purchase with receipt for any unopened or slightly used items for a refund or a credit. Unopened and unused items returned after 30 days and up to 60 days from purchase with receipt will be offered a credit. No credits will be given for products after 60 days from purchase. To return, please pack items safely back into the original packaging or similar packaging and send to our main contact address. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the amount minus the cost for return shipping will be either refunded or credited if they qualify. For any items opened or used the returned item must have at least 75% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. Products must be kept in a cool, dry location away from sunlight with caps or lids closed tightly.
