Shipping policy

Skin plans are delivered digitally, so nothing ships for those. After checkout you'll get an email with your link to the Skin State Decoder, and your plan arrives by email within 5 days of receiving your Decoder answers and photos.

The rest of this page covers physical products ordered from the Shop, such as the book and the products I carry.

Processing. In-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, then tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-orders. Pre-ordered items ship when they're released. The expected release date is on the product page, and you'll get tracking when your order ships.

Delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier once a package leaves me. I can't guarantee exact delivery dates, since transit is in the carrier's hands, but I'll always help you track anything that seems delayed.

Shipping costs. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

International. If international shipping is available for your order, it appears as an option at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Problems. If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, email letstalk@proofpositiveskincare.com and I'll make it right. See the Refund & Guarantee Policy for returns.
