Shipping policy

Shipping will be free for orders over $75 that are within the continental US, do not include any large quantity (32oz, 64oz or 1 gallon) sizes. 

Please inspect all packages upon arrival and report any damaged or missing products to Proof Positive Skin Care within 3 days of receiving your order and keep damaged items until further notice. Please note; since we sell natural products there may be color or scent variations from time to time and occasionally solid herbal material within the products. These variations and materials are normal and natural.  

Processing/Shipping Policy

Most regular orders will be processed and shipped within 24-96 hours after orders are received regardless of the shipping method chosen. There may be a time when this time frame is extended up to 4-6 days because an item is out of stock, or because the order comes in while our facility is closed. We are open Monday - Thursday, therefore orders that arrive Friday - Sunday will not be packed until Monday. 

Ordering/ Cancellation Policy

We are happy to process your orders big or small. Therefore, we do not require any minimum order amounts for regular orders, nor do we charge any extra surcharges for small orders.  We can cancel your order within 24 hours after your purchase, as long as your items have not been already shipped. If they have been shipped then they will have to be returned according to our return policy.
