A Day in the Life™

The exact ingredients your skin can use right now — read from the day it actually lives.

An hour-by-hour reading of your skin’s real day, and the ingredients — named, morning and night — that mitigate the burdens arriving from the systems your skin answers to. Take the list to your shelf, to Sephora, to your dermatologist. It works everywhere, because it was never about a product.

What comes back to you

Three things, none of them a product.

This is the step every legitimately personalized protocol starts from — and the one the trial-and-error cycle skips.

01

Your 24-hour skin day

Hour by hour: what your skin is doing at 6am, what pulls it away at noon, and when it finally gets to rebuild — with the burden events from your actual life marked where they land.

02

Two futures, side by side

Your skin’s next months as things stand, and with the right support in place — written out plainly, so you can see what’s actually at stake before you spend another dollar.

03

Your ingredient list

The exact ingredients your skin can use right now — not categories, the actual names, morning and night — chosen to mitigate your day’s burdens so your skin has room for what you’re asking of it.

How it works

About fifteen minutes of your time. Five days of mine.

Step 1

You take the Skin State Decoder™

My proprietary assessment. Its questions reveal the patterns your skin likely lives through as a result of the systems it shares — in layman’s terms — a nervous system with, alongside the shape of your actual day: schedule, work, environment, sleep, stress. No camera, no photos of your face. Skeptics welcome: the science behind every question lives on the Evidence page.

Step 2

I read it

The Decoder gives me your Skin Score™ — where on the continuum your day’s patterns place you, and how much room they leave for change if change is a goal of yours. Then I map your skin’s 24 hours against the burdens arriving from those shared systems, and run your goal through the Skin Goals Reference Guide™.

Step 3

Your reading arrives within five days

The day, the two futures, and your named ingredient list — morning and night — in a clean PDF built to live on your phone: at your shelf, in the Sephora aisle, in your dermatologist’s office. Then you shop anywhere you like. Except here. I don’t sell products, which is exactly why you can trust the list.

Bring two brands. I’ll show you what each would actually earn your skin.

Pick any two brands — ones you own, love, or are eyeing — and I’ll personalize the protocol from each, side by side, so you can see which one pays your skin back before you spend a dollar on either. You choose the brands. I have no stake in the answer. That’s the whole point.

Before you ask

The questions I get most.

Do you sell the products you name?

No. I never have, and that’s the entire point. I earn nothing from any brand, any link, any recommendation. Every seller in this industry answers your question from inside what they sell. I don’t sell anything, so I can answer it from inside your skin instead.

Do you need photos of my face?

No camera, no photos, no video call. The Decoder asks about your day and the patterns your skin lives through — sleep, stress, environment, the rhythms of your actual life. That’s what determines what your skin can receive right now. A photograph of your face at one moment can’t tell me any of it.

I already own a shelf full of products. Should I start here?

Start here if you want to know what your skin can actually use. If what you really want is a verdict on the products already in your bathroom — whether each one can be used now, with what else, and whether the formulation is any good — that’s The Second Opinion, and it includes this reading inside it.

What if the ingredients are in products I can’t afford?

You get ingredients, not brands. The same ingredient shows up at every price point, which is why the list works at the drugstore and at the counter. Nothing on it requires you to shop anywhere in particular — including here, where there’s nothing to buy.

How long does the Decoder take?

About eight minutes, and you only do it once. Most of it is tapping the answer that sounds most like you. There are no wrong answers — I’m reading patterns, not grading you.

What if what I want is bigger than products?

Then say so in the reading, and I’ll tell you honestly. Some goals — firmness, deeper lines, scarring — live below where any product reaches, and pretending otherwise is how the trial-and-error cycle keeps going. Those goals belong in Roadmap to Change, where treatments get considered alongside products.

Ingredients don’t fail. Context does.

Stop guessing at your skin. Start with its day.

One reading. Named ingredients, morning and night. Yours to take anywhere.
