Any results, before-and-afters, numbers or client experiences shared on this site, including my own, are individual experiences. They are not promises, guarantees or a prediction of what your skin will do.

Skin is dynamic. What happens with yours depends on your biology, your environment, your consistency and time, which no honest person can guarantee. Two people can follow the same plan and see different results, on different timelines.

Timelines. The timelines on this site and in your plan, such as "typically 4–8 weeks," are typical ranges for how long a skin goal takes. They are not promises about your skin.

Client stories and reviews. Testimonials, messages and plan pages shown on this site are from real clients, shared with their permission. They reflect those individuals' experiences and are not typical or expected results for everyone.

My own story. My personal experience, including cutting back my own routine and what changed over the following months, is shared to be honest about how I arrived at this work, not as a result you should expect to replicate.

What I do guarantee. My guarantee covers what I control: the quality and honesty of the plan I deliver, never a dated skin result. The exact terms are in the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
