Shipping Policy

This policy covers physical products ordered from the Shop. The reads and the Skin Story™ are delivered digitally by email, so nothing ships for those.

Processing. Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email, and tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier once a package leaves us. We can't guarantee exact delivery dates, since transit is in the carrier's hands, but we'll always help you track anything that seems delayed.

Shipping costs. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

International. If international shipping is available for your order, it will appear as an option at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Problems. If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, email me at letstalk@proofpositiveskincare.com and I'll make it right. See the Refund & Guarantee Policy for returns.
